2.2 Explain The Factors That Contribute To Exam Stress
2.1 Stress is anything that poses a challenge or threat to our well-being. It is when we feel that everything seems to have become too much and we often struggle to cope with the pressures placed upon us.

2.2 Factors that cause exam related stress are factors such as inadequate preparation. When you are unprepared for your exams and you haven’t studied enough or covered all the work material you are bound to be stressed. Inadequate preparation such as last minute studying also contribute to exam stress and anxiety. Another factor that enhances exam stress is pressure from family. The first response could be that of anxiety, stress and panic. Learner feels like he/she has no control over the exam situation. The second response is that the learner who is calm and collected, this learner is confident and knows the work very well. This learner answers questions with ease and keeps a good pace. The third response is that a learner could feel dizzy or lightheaded from stress. It would take this type of learner time to go through the paper and start answering questions. The fourth response is a learner who could possibly turn to cheating. The learner would much rather look around and copy the work of fellow peers rather than attempt to answer questions on his/her own. The fifth response is a learner that takes multiple breaks while writing. This learner resorts to drinking a lot of water and asking for quite a few bathroom breaks.
