In 50 to 100 words, explain the link between time management and stress. How can time management help with stress management?

The link between time management and stress is that if you manage your time wisely, you lower your stress rate. Being able to get your tasks done on time, or within a reasonable amount of time, allows you to stay focused and not stress about not having enough time to get everything done. When you wait until the last minute and try to cram everything into a short amount of time causes people to feel the pressure of getting it all done and that causes stress.

During these studies, the experimenters found that the students with lower amounts of free time actually had a higher grade point average than ones who had higher amounts of free time.
