1. When cross contamination happens it spreads bacteria from one item to a food item which will make you sick
2. Don’t put cooked foods where raw food was (without washing)

1. Using a food thermometer is the only way to find out if your meal is at the temperature of zero bacteria
2. Cook unfrozen food at a low temperature to kill its bacteria
Chill (16 points):
1. A food at 0 degrees inactivates bacteria
2. Leaving food outside for too long grows bacteria that can ill you

I think we can improve cooking food to the correct temperature so no bacteria stays on it, and cleaning our hands after touching raw foods. I think that we keep cooked foods away from raw foods always, and clean surfaces after having raw foods on it.
In what ways do your school and community practice or promote food safety to contribute to your personal health? (20 points)
Well I think that my community promotes food safety because they always send after several months or once a month a health inspector. And my school or the same reason, because sometimes you see the inspectors come and make sure everything is safe.
