Once you do this you can now start rebuilding a new future and avoid these same mistakes. Real character is being bigger on the inside. Quality two is Charisma. Charisma is the ability to draw people to you and can be developed over time by enjoying life and being that person people like to be around. Expect the best of people and help to reveal their riches. Give people hope for that is the greatest of all possessions. Share you, wisdom, resources, and life journeys. Maxwell says to improve charisma you have to change your focus from yourself to others. Play the impression game and make someone else the focus. Share your resources with others to help them grow as a person. Charisma is to focus on others not you. Quality three is Commitment.
