SUBJECT: Concerns regarding the branch in Roanoke, Virginia.
After my conversation with our president Gregory Forest, it has come to my attention that one of our branches seems to have some concerns that needs addressing,. pParticularly, our Roanoke branch located in Virginia. Mr. Forest has informed me that four of our longtime clients Citibank, MetLife, TD bank and all state have made complaints about work being produced by this branch. In the last three months, we have lost two top management people, Steve the art director and Linda, an account executive. An additional seven more people from this branch have threatened to quit, three from the graphic design department and four of our copywriters. It is also to my understanding that this branch is accepting new clients regardless of the current workload it is aeffecting.
Our company holds the gold standard in advertising, our company mission states that the clients come first, we treat our employees with the respect that they deserve. When vital clients such as Citibank complain about the quality of work being produced, this aeffects our company as a whole. I would like that Gabriel, the Roanoke branch manager, to set up a branch meeting in Virginia two weeks from today. I would like him to do an overview of our company policies to the entire staff. I would like to find out why our three graphic designers, Shawn, Chris, and Hazel are threatening to quit? They have produced phenomenal results for this company in the past. I would like to know as well why our four copywriter’s want to leave this agency. Is this branch being collaborative? Are the employees being compensated for additional hours? As we know this effects morale and productivity. I would like the executive team to contact
