My organisation is an equal opportunities employer. It considers the values, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviours shared by all the people. Including employees & clients.
1.2 What is your organisations mission and purpose?
My organisation’s mission is to give people/ clients what they want. Whether it is a structure of a building, a balustrade panel or a small builders beam ect. The purpose is to serve them with what they require & want but ensuring we do it in the best way possible and make them happy.
1.3 How does your organisation work with other organisations?
M y organisation works together closely with the rest of the organisations, taking in to consideration the values, ethics and beliefs of employees and the people. It copes with its problems of external adaptation and internal integration.
1.4 What are your main responsibilities? How do these fit in with your organisations structure? Explain how your responsibilities contribute to your organisation.
My main responsibilities as a team administrator are to facilitate smooth running of the various admin procedures in the office. I deal with the processing of purchase orders for all of the consumables, materials, sub contractors & fixings. I organise all hire equipment to be delivered onto site & also of hired once finished with. I will also keep various checks of all spending per month & payments due per month.
I will over sea all transport of goods to various sites & book them. I will generate all paper work for anything that goes out from our yard. This is so we can keep a paper trail and can also look back at it if we need to. I will also help my MD’s with any other office duties when needed.
I also help with typing, mails, archiving, filing, data management, which help with the smooth running of the team.
