Abilities United Business Analysis

Abilities United is an organization that is located within the Santa Clara county and works for clients, of all ages with developmental disabilities, towards strengthening their abilities and help them manage their individual lives (Abilities United, n.d., “Who We Are”). The major services provided by Abilities United is the “Early Intervention” services, which consist of a group of special educators, who directly work with family members to focus on what the child needs and provide health screenings, different types of therapies, and schedules home visits. This service aims to help toddlers, ages 0 through 3 years, early on their physical and cognitive development through therapy sessions that are offered in schools or in families’ homes (Abilities
