self-reflection and exploring the outcomes.
Within the policy of Canadian government, they are held strictly as an institutional approach. For instance, within the Canadian institution, race and place determines the population of who lives and who dies. Another point being, the benefit of having the death penalty only aids the offender since, they get the “easy way out,” since criminals for example who attempt fist degree murder does not value their life enough or others. Lastly, imprisonment time is fair enough, since they receive an ethical and severer penalty for committing a crime and also will encounter their behaviour for being imprisoned for many years.
In this paper, I will contribute many peer-reviewed articles, statistics and qualitative research scholarly articles. The peer-reviewed scholarly articles will help me engage this idea of why the death penalty should not be reinstituted. Also, explain the three arguments mentioned above. Similarly, I would like to support my arguments with the government issued articles.
