When you get pregnant you have the choice and I think that's wrong. A person get's that choice when she chooses to have sex. Too many people doesn't see the effect that abortion cause. It's a dangerous offence that affects the mother, father, the community, and most importantly, the fetus, and that is why abortion should be illegal in Norway. How can a tiny baby who can feel, breathe, and move be sentenced to death without ever saying or doing anything wrong? In our constitution, we are all given the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Why is it that a baby is not given these rights as well?
(One of America and other countries most debatable topics is abortion.)
In the first place, it's very many persons that takes ultrasound today to see if your child is healthy. But if the doctor see that's something wrong with the fetus, they take abortion (because abortion gives women methods that provide a choice). I think that no matter how much you need nursing and take care for this child the rest of your life, even if it's a burden to society, I think that this child has as much right to live as anyone else. What gives us the right to decide who should live and who should die? When a life comes to the world, whether that child has disabilities or not, I (rangsjerer) not after what issues your child has.
In the second place, women takes abortion so many times that they can't get child anymore. Because women is born with a certain number of eggs, and some people is born with few eggs.
In the third place, if a women has a child, but she can't take care of it, she can either adopt it away, instead of killing it. That baby did nothing to deserve to have it's life snatched away so suddenly.
Lastly, if you are going to take abortion and your child is around 19 weeks old, the fetus are wriggling when they take it out, and then they throws at the abortion clinic the fetus in a bowl until it dies. This happened to a 18 years old girl in Miami (http://www.vg.no/helse/artikkel.php?artid=536399). It's a lot of abortion methods I don't agree. At the same time it's burden for the on that takes abortion and for those who works at abortion clinics.

The Women's Rights Movement, which began in 1848 and ended only in 1998, has entitled the women of our society to various rights. Among these, was the right to have control over their body. Considering this, many would point out that terminating a pregnancy is done so within the rights of the woman, and is therefore completely acceptable. If a baby is not a 'baby' at all, but merely a part of its mother's body, surely it is her choice whether it should live or die!…

Also, many women that do not have the means to tend to a child and wanted to put their child up for adoption were either “too late for an abortion, didn’t know where to get one, or didn’t have the money to cover the cost” (Bencanann). If women that were unable to care for their child decided to get an abortion, then they child would not have the opportunity to get lost in foster care, be put in an abusive or dismissive home, and be forced to live their life on their own. Women that seek out an abortion do not want their children to grow up in unacceptable homes and with the alternative homes today, there is never a guarntee of what kind of family that orphan or foster child will receive. Abortion would reduce the number of children in orphanages and foster care systems and limit these children joining the real world without the right…

It is their own body and should be able to decide what happens to it. In the post-Roe era, many pro-choice advocates are trying to defend the law and explain why they approve of this by “talking about women’s rights, sexuality, and abortion.” 2(p10) One reason why a mother-to-be might have an abortion is that they might not be financially stable to have this child. Another reason why they might decide not to have their child is if they know their child would be in a vegetable state for the rest of their life. However, these are not good enough reasons to have an abortion. Even though the mother might not be able to take care of the child after giving birth, there are many other people in the world that could. Many people are willing to adopt and take care of these kids, especially if they cannot have kids of their own. It is not fair to the child to let the mother decide if they get to live or…

Abortion is never an easy decision, in fact its one of America's most controversial issues in today's reality, but women have none the less been making that choice for thousands of years. Studies show that about 43% of American women will have one or more abortions during their lifetime, and women's centers and hospitals perform more than a million abortions on an annual basis. Women have many reasons for not wanting to be pregnant including age, marital status, economic status, and the circumstances of their pregnancy, and thus seek out an abortion. Although many citizens view abortion as an immoral act of brutality and strongly contest its usage, others believe the choice belongs solely to the mother and the mother alone.…

I believe that a woman should be able to abort under reasonable circumstance and during a certain time. A woman has a right to choose, No one should not be able to control what a woman does with her body. By granting women the right to choose, this does not permit her to kill, but to decide what is best for all persons involved. Many situations show that abortion may be the best for the parents and the unborn child. Situations such as rape or incest prove that it is not the woman’s fault and not fair to the mother or the unborn child to pay for it. There are other situations such as if the mother carries a disease it can be passed on, or if the parents are unfit to raise a family at the time. Any case however, should be between the two individuals involved and not the government.…

According to When Religion and Politics mix , “a fetus is a unborn human being, and it is morally wrong to take a human life; the unborn child's life must consequently be legally protected.” A woman should have the right to do what she wants to do with her body and her life, but not with another human being. According to Vieira, the baby is entitled to his or her rights to life and to have a chance in this world (Vieira 1). A baby should not have to lose his or her life because of the parents decisions. A baby is a human just like the mother and father. The parents are responsible for their own actions and should have to deal the consequences. Although less than one percent of abortions happen due to rape or incest, forty percent of unintended pregnancies end in abortion, but twenty one percent of all pregnancies end in abortions. Abortions happen for many different reasons such as inadequate finances, they are not ready for responsibility, their life may change too much, they might have problems with relationships, or they may be too young or immature, so these really need to be taken into consideration when hearing that a woman had an abortion. With that in mind, people do not understand why a woman has an abortion, but they should definitely find out the reason and understand where she is coming from. Even though some mothers have given an explanation as to why they have had the abortion, most people could say that the child never had a chance to live their life and people get scared by the process of abortion. “Your cervix (womb entrance) will be dilated (widened) to make accessing your womb easier. A tablet may be placed inside your vagina a few hours before the abortion to soften your cervix and make it easier to open. Sometimes, an alternative ‘preparing’ tablet is given by mouth. A small, plastic suction tube connected to a pump will then be inserted into your womb and used to remove the fetus,” The sound of this procedure does…

Perinatal issues mostly cause concerns when a mother acts in a way that could be seen as causing harm to her fetus and is then looked down upon by members of society; as commonly seen in abortion. The health care team may be influenced by their own beliefs and respond with judgment rather than support their patient. Differences of opinion are a major factor when discussing abortion, but nonetheless the rights of the mother and the fetus need to be further examined. Abortion has always been a legal, social, and political issue. In the United States abortion is legal because it affects a woman’s right to privacy.…

On one end, a woman has the option of keeping the baby, raising it, caring for and loving it, watching it grow old while ruining her reputation or have a living reminder of the father (if the father is not in the picture or is a rapist). At the other end, she can kill the unborn fetus and kill any chance of that fetus having a life, but the woman can retain her life not have to take on the responsibility of caring for a child. The two choices she has both contain “pros” and “cons.” The woman might become afraid of the choice she must make because if she chooses life, she will have to have the responsibility of taking care of a living being and people will judge her; she also might fear she does not possess the resources to help maintain the life of the baby (money for food, diapers, bottles, etc.). If the woman were to choose abortion, she might be fearful because she will being killing something human, something that is a part of her, something that is alive. She could be consumed in guilt because she might consider herself selfish and a murderer. The woman would also become afraid that she might lose some people who are important to her because of the people’s opinions; she will lose people either way. The woman has become ambivalent on this subject and does not want to choose; not because she wants both, but because she doesn’t want the consequence of the choices she…
