Abram's Diary
Today is my first day writing in a journal. I live in Egypt in a small cave made in the year of 1473 right know I am a slave for the Pharaoh. I am a mother of two kids a boy a girl her name is Ariella and the boy's name is Abram. My husband died a year ago from a very serious disease. Nowadays I feel like the days keep on getting longer without him. Me and my very poor family don’t have much to eat for every meal we get one slice of bread. Somedays I have to go without eating a crumb so that my kids can eat. I love my children very much and they are all I have I can’t even think of losing one of them. Me and my kids tried growing plants like vegetables but because of all the heat and barely any water the plants refuse to grow. Even though …show more content…
We camped out in Elim for the night and the next morning we traveled all day with no stop. The next day we traveled through the Wilderness of Sin which was a place with many mountains this was the day Abram had gotten very sick. The next day which was yesterday Moses made bread and a kind of meat fall from the sky we named this meat mana which means what is it? Yesterday Moses told us that we will eat the bread at night and the bread in the morning. We stayed the night here and that leads up to today. My son Abram is still really sick. I dont know whats wrong with him just like I didn't know what was happening to my husband. I haven't been able to write in my journal, that has been happening alot lately because Abram and I have been very sick because of the plague that is going around. I think I should keep on traveling to Canaan instead of turning back because If I go back to Egypt I would have to work as a slave. Even though I know I won't make it to Canaan I know my descendants will. Besides I like traveling to Canaan because seeing all the differences between the two counties is kind of exciting. One difference between Egypt and this journey is that they have different animals. But I wish I could make my children more excited about the journey because they don't really like the

It was ridiculously hard to get married back in the 1700s but after years I met my beloved Abigail Gilbert at the age of 25 and we wed in 1772, it’s been history since. Months after our wedding I got the news that I was going to be a father of a boy and the name Daniel Junior came to mind, later in 1773 he was finally born. Years passed and I became father to more children including two beautiful girls. We eventually had to go down the road to Shutesbury in the west so I was able to join the militia there because I wasn’t able to stay as a member in the Brookfield Militia. Moving was hard but the outcome was great because after all my hard work in drilling I was known as Sergeant Daniel Shays and later on turned to Lieutenant Daniel Shays.…

Step by Step: Heather’s Story Journal Entry In this case study, Heather is regarded as an exceptional learner with Down’s syndrome that becomes socialized into a school where she engages in full inclusion as a special needs student. This impacts her comfort level as she participates in a new surrounding with other students whom are considered to be mostly nonexceptional learners, or nondisabled students. A main key learning from this documentary is the importance of interventional analysis because early intervention works together to execute preventive action in making sure Heather’s individualized needs are fulfilled, to help her adapt well and smoothly transition into this new environment. Upon further analyzation of the evaluation into the program by a multidisciplinary team with teachers applying inclusion as the specially designed instruction created for Heather includes minimal assistance provided in a least restrictive environment for her teacher to carry out a drastically modified curriculum in order for her needs to adjust to her grade level.…

I’ve never wrote in a diary nor have a planned on it, but I feel that my experience should be shared with everyone. My name is Edith Goldberg. I was born 1928 in Teschenmoschel for most of my life which is a small village near Kaiserslautern, Germany. My family were farmers that lived in a small village of about 200 people. The village had a very small Jewish community… It used to be bigger, but over time people either had left or died. From what I remember I had a normal, happy childhood with my parents and sister. I remeber my family and I would be hay-making in the summer and tobogganing in the winter. My family always stuck to the Jewish traditions. Man, Those were the goodtimes. I also remembers a time that wasn’t all that good, which…

In this journal I will be predicting on if the kids will meet Boo Radley, and also evaluating on the Ewells. While I was reading the book I started to think that by the way they would talk about Boo Radley they would not be meeting him. There is an old story in the Maycomb town that Boo Radley was locked away for a good amount of time.…

"Eve 's Diary" is a satirical account of the days in the Garden of Eden. Twain recounts the well-known tale of Genesis through a series of journal entries written by Adam and Eve; these personal accounts make for an entertaining and thought-provoking read. Twain 's personifications of gender stereotypes are easily identified but lead the reader into a further exploration of Twain 's deeper purpose. Twain 's writing style explicates the paradoxical relationship between men and women. Furthermore, Adam and Eve 's conflicting perspectives within the journal entries provide an illustration of their magnetic reliance on one another, despite their polar differences.…
