Absolutism Monarchy
Absolutism is a form of monarchy in which one ruler has supreme authority that is not restricted by any written laws.
Absolutism monarchy happens in a place called Qatar under the rule of Emir Hamad bin Khalifa al Thani of the Thani dynasty, the country revolutionized from the traditional society into the modern welfare state it is today.
Absolutism never worked in england because the English Kings never ruled with absolute authority. Even during Anglo-Saxon times, the powers of the king were limited.

    Many monarchs, particularly those of European descent, employed the flourishing absolutist philosophy during their reign in the seventeenth century. Defined as the "absolute or unlimited rule usually by one man," absolutism is virtually equivalent to the philosophy of despotism. A ruler incorporating the absolutist philosophy has complete control of his subjects and the highest authority with which to govern.     Absolutism was considered the most effective government during the time by giving the rulers unlimited power. Machiavelli, who wrote The Prince, felt that the best way to rule was to be feared by the people. He stated, “Men have less hesitation in offending a man who is loved than one who is feared, for love is held by a bond of obligation which, as men are wicked, is broken whenever personal advantage suggests it” (Document 1).
