Abu Dhabi education council is an organization that is operating in Abu Dhabi region of Emirates. The council launched its annual private education forum in January 2013, where around 150 investors of education and operators came together with the aim of improving the quality of the private education system across Emirates and to open new private schools in the region. The council have done massive improvements and developments across the public schools where its aim to achieve quality education. The services and the products mainly include attesting and issuing of educational certificates to the students (AlNehayan 20). Secondly, the organization offers business services where it focuses on helping investors, businessmen and other organizations establish and develop an educational institution across Abu Dhabi region.
A large proportion of external customers come from the developed countries, such as Europe, Australia and United States. Some of the main customers include suppliers, tourists, sponsors, media and researchers (Nuaimi 10). The suppliers are the organizations or the companies that provide the council with materials, such as books and foodstuffs for the schools. Suppliers in different parts of the world are necessary to get the highest quality. The media and the researchers are the main customers who usually come to the councils to research and write on the growth and development of the organization at large.
