Students who cheat even once, are more likely to engage in cheating in the future, which can affect them for the rest of their lives in a negative way. Also students who participate in academic dishonesty are far more likely to commit fraud or theft in the workplace. But students aren't the only ones are affected by cheating. Academic dishonesty also creates problems for teachers. Cheating often will cause distress among teachers, it also decreases teacher's trust and respect for the student. Dealing with academic dishonest is often one of the worst parts of a teaching career, one survey indicating that 77% of teachers think that dealing with students who participate in academic dishonesty is the toughest part of the job. Cheating has an even bigger effect on society. Students are also affected by academic dishonesty after graduation. A university diploma is major part in getting a job or a career. Employers use a degree as a reference to a person's knowledge and skills. Unfortunately, due to academic dishonesty, not all graduates with the same grades actually did the same work or have the same skills. So, employers don't know if the employee actually did the required work to get the diploma that is presented to them. Therefore, the more students who cheat the lower the quality of the student of a school, and the less employers are willing to hire a new employee. Even students who don't cheat get effected, because of students who do. There are some psychological reasons students may cheat. For instance, plagiarizing may be accepted in the minds of
