On the other hand, it is one of the most repaying not only economically but also in terms of task gratification, contentment, with achievements and logical motivation. A management consultant takes a job either as a startup, or tries to fix a challenge an existing company is facing. The clients vary between profit or non-profit companies, such as charities, governmental, and non-governmental. Also, they can be national, local, or international companies. A lot of benefits rise when hiring a well-known and effective consultant. A question asked by many clients and customers: Why to hire a certified management consultant? Some of them believe that they can solve their own issues without the need for an external help; it’s just a waste of time and money to them. Solving the current issues in the company, increasing the profit and decreasing the losses, getting a good reputation, and finally be consistent with the market state are the basic advantages. “ When you hire a Certified Management Consultant, your project will benefit from a consultant who demonstrates the highest level of competence (Kasprzak, 2013)”, a past of products and outstanding performance, obedience to the highest moral values of occupation, experience in the field, life-long qualified education, and a position system for challenging client difficulties.     A consultant is some one who is there to offer advice to those in need of assistance. One benefit of Kate using a consultant to help with her business is that she is able to find out what steps are needed to be taken to help the business run smoothly. A consultant is able to help let Katie know what legal steps need to be taken and what is needed to be done to keep the business safe e.g. Having Insurance.
