Teaching others involves not just communicating facts on a certain subject, but also monitoring, assessing the learners and adapting the session to their needs.
Assessment as stated in the dictionary is the act of evaluation of a student 's achievement on a course; evaluation; estimation; analysis of the security, effectiveness, and potential of an existing or planned intelligence activity.

By completing my reflection I found the points of limited knowledge and I started updating myself on it. Involving the students in the assessment process encourages them to take decisions for their learning and the achieved goals motivate them. The self assessment processes covers a range of activities- gathering information of self experience- work, life, and role; and making them understand their aspirations.
By participation in self and peer assessment they are making judgements and develop deeper understanding about the content, enhance their confidence.
