Achieving my career aspirations and future professional growth:
A path to success

Introduction
As other graduate students maybe desire some more specific profession knowledge becoming their wings to make them fly in the future career. They have their own specific goals and clear life planning. A clear planning objective is the first step to success in life. It is time to take serious to construct my future plan. I never think systematically about my future career, all of thoughts are fantasy. People who work every day in their lives have a lot of interaction, however, I am an introverted people and afraid of making contact with other people in the society, especially at the beginning of contacting with unfamiliar partners or colleagues, so the horrible feeling forms a obstacle prevented me from the pace of progress. I am trying to change my mind and change myself become positive optimistic people or refreshing instead of frightening at least. I believe that I learn more knowledge more helpful for improving myself. Organizational behavior course is not only our core course but also necessary knowledge for working, which is very useful to me adapting work live in the future. Because I believe Organizational behavior course can help me become a more effective employee or a better manager in the unknown future.
Personal career goal
My personal goals in current day is to improve my mental quality, develop intent my ability and better my relationship, etc. Apart from this I believe long terms goals are achieved when I break them into smaller achievable goals. My short-term goal is to complete my MBA courses, after graduation from CLU I will try to find an internship job for accumulating work experience due to I just have a little hands-on background during college. Of course the major purpose is to get a job in an organization that is progressive and performance driven. I wish to join a competent team wherein I can add value to projects and in turn, take home

I have learned that long-term career / professional goals are best achieved when we break them into shorter goals. My short-term goal is to join and add value in a professional dynamic organization by applying my knowledge, skills and experience, working in line with the company vision and values in order to achieve a common goal. As part of a team, I want to add value and continue to grow the company. My long term goals is to leave legacy and be the asset of that…

My short term goals include getting my Capstone Diploma, maintaining good grades in my academics, striving for success, and graduating high school. Striving for success is essential as well as graduating high school, but I feel like they are less daunting than the other two short term goals I have. Getting my Capstone Diploma will be a challenging road. It is not easy to achieve what the College Board requires for in that class, but I know that both the teacher and my determination will guide me through in order to accomplish my goal. And as for maintaining good grades in my academics I will have to turn in everything on time and study the material given in the course in order to grasp my goal. For long term goals I want to become a successful electrical and computer engineer. I know this goal will not be easy, but I feel like I have the determination and confidence that it takes to reach my…

After Graduate School, I hope to have my PhD in psychology or my doctorate in psychiatry. I would like to start out working in jails, talking to criminals and analyzing their brains versus the brain of an average adult to study how the brain reacts with criminal activity and why they do and feel what they do. I have heard that a person can not do that type of work for very long because it is emotionally tasking so after that, I would like to open my own counseling practice up. I would do either marriage and family therapy or focus on teenage depression. Eventually, I would like to retire into school psychology or become a psychology teacher. Also, if I ever have enough money, I will buy a house devoted to taking in stray animals…

My long term goal was to from Oklahoma State University with a BS in psychology. I wanted to achieve this goal while also enjoying my college experience by finding a balance between my social life and school work. When it comes to my education my short-term goal is to finish out this school year and maintain my current GPA. I find it easier to motivate myself each day if I have set in stone grade goals in mind. My long-term education goal is to finish my Associate of Applied Business degree in spring 2017 and my Associate of Arts degree in spring of 2018. I have enough classes and credit hours to finish a second associate degree in two part-time semesters. My short term career goal is to continue where I am until I graduate and learn as much as I can from those around me. I find that the people around me at my current jobs are very intelligent and it would be wasteful of me to not learn what I can from them before I move on. My long-term career goal…

Well here I stand , with the accomplishment of at least half my personal goals . I finished high school , left the small town , attended college and received not one, but three degrees . The object of goal setting is to make sure the goals are attainable and realistic (Le, 2013). The personal goals I have set for myself are to complete the coursework and dissertation for this DBA program , by December 2016. In order to achieve these goals , I must do my best in the coursework assignments , work on becoming a better writer , and continue to stay focused and determined . According to Uttley (1998), “Long-term goals can be broken down into two parts . Conceptual, which are your wants and needs , and operational, which are the steps you take to meet those wants and needs (p. 2). The professional experience I have come from customer service within the retail industry and student financial services , within the twoyear college system . A part of me has always wanted to journey to the other side of things with the college system . Instead of dealing with students on a daily basis , I want to make the decisions that affect the college but benefit the students . I could be a Director of a department within the…

My mother has inspired me not to become a part of the workforce but to create a job. It is my dream to be an engineer. She pushes me to go to college but to think about the benefits of me gaining an education on a higher level. My mother aspires for me to take the skills learned and become a business owner. I probably will join the workforce as an independent contractor like she does so I can control my time, and be able to work independently. One thing that I have constantly battled with is why do people go to work and make just enough. If I am going to work I want to make sure that I am getting paid what I deserve for the skills that I possess.…
