Describe examples of how the internet and World Wide Web is used by ARGOS, NHS and OXFAM
ARGOS
- Public relations Argos uses the internet by creating its online website where customers can shop online and pay through a business websites such as PayPal and also worldwide web as Argos is a multinational company and has branches all over the world and the worldwide web allows customers from all over the world to access their online site. The internet helps the customers shop from home and it’s easily accessed as well. http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Home.htm Communications
Advertising their website on the World Wide Web would be easier for the business to communicate as the business can sell their message worldwide and the website will be interactive, providing an informative and educational experience for the customers. When your customer will visit your websites then they will usually access the site via a link that explains the nature of the content they can expect to find, so they won't be disappointed. http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Home.htm Development of online presence for sales promotion
The company needs to make sure their online website is very attractive and well-presented so that your customers have a happy experience whilst shopping online. They will need to have their images standing out in good quality so that the customers don’t regret buying the products.

Customer service/research
The company have to ensure they give their customers a very pleasant shopping journey by giving excellent customer service they have to ensure that their customers are served properly and that all their queries are looked at. I have been into an Argos store and have assessed their customer service and they are really good as they take care of their customers properly and keep their customers happy. Also for customer queries Argos have their customer helpline which customers can call anytime during 24 hours.
