Adoption of Animals
This agreement is made this the …………………………… day of……………………. between the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, P.O. North Point, P.S. Singamari, Darjeeling represented by its Director or the authorized representatives and hereinafter called the First Party of the One part.

AND

WHEREAS a programme for the adoption of animals/birds has been launched by the First Party and under the said programme any animal or bird housed in the aforementioned Zoological Park may be adopted by corporate houses or individuals.

AND WHEREAS this said programme has been initiated so that people can participate and be involved in the welfare of the animals/birds and animal/bird lovers intending to look after the needs and welfare of the animals/birds may adopt any animal or bird.

AND WHEREAS the Second party being desirous of adopting an animal/bird has entered into an agreement to adopt an animal/bird with the First Party on the following terms and conditions:
