The human resources in the RSPCA are that the workers have equal opportunities. So, the workers in the RPSCA won’t have any form of discrimination such as race, nationality and religion. The human resources are aiming at the RSPCA to create a workforce that is diverse of which the workers at treated with respect. As this is in the RSPCA’s best interests and for the workers. This is to value all the workers that avoids having any harassment and stereotyping towards any of the workers at the RSPCA. The workers are to be equal and fairly treated and ensuring that the equal opportunities policy is being accurately used.
The human resources at the RSPCA and customer service depend on each other. This is because of human resources will train the workers and volunteers to provide a service of high quality. For example, looking after the animals. This also avoids any complaints from the customers. Customer service is dependent on human resources as for a good customer service requires highly skilled trained workers to achieve their purpose, aims and objectives.

This strategy will provide a greater understanding to the public of the animal testing and so the RSPCA wants to improve welfare standards for a variety of animals. For example, farm animals. This will allow the RSPCA to be more well-known, so more animals will be rescued. Therefore by 2024 the RSPCA will improve on the welfare standards so more animals will be recused and protected.
