tend to attack my legs. However, Pandora Thomas informed me about the benefits of nature and I realized that the outdoors was magnificent. As a result of her lecture, I was inspired to explore the beauty of nature. It is important for African Americans to understand the significance of substantiality.
Nature is God’s gift to humanity and it brings peace to all of us. Therefore, it is our responsibility to preserve the Earth by disposing trash the proper way. Pandora Thomas told the students during the assembly about the dangers of disposing chemicals in our environment. When humans dispose waste improperly, nature will have a negative outcome. Everything in the ecosystem will become affected by the decisions of human beings. Unfortunately, many people do not recognize the affect we all have on the environment and therefore they refuse to improve their recycling habits. As a result of lack of concern for the environment, the Earth is damaged. Throughout the assembly, I was exposed to new ideas about substantiality. Pandora Thomas is a great activist and the passion she has for her work showed through her dialect. It is evident that she has a large support system at home due to her location, but it is possible for Southerners to stress the importance of substantiality. Substantiality is a significant idea and it requires the participation of all citizens. Overall, Pandora Thomas presented an excellent lecture and her message was received well by the
audience.
