SThe Perception on the Advantages and Disadvantages of Selected Bus Drivers and Commuters on the Bus Management and Dispatch System of Metropolitan Manila Development Authority

Statement of the Problem: The purpose of this study is to identify the perception on the advantages and disadvantages of selected bus drivers and commuters on the Bus Management and Dispatch System. Specifically, the study sought answers to the following questions: 1. What are the respondent’s perception on the changes in the newly implemented Bus Management and Dispatch System? 2. What are the advantages of Bus Management and Dispatch System? 3. What are the disadvantages of Bus Management and Dispatch System?

Definition of terms
Scope and Limitations This study looked into the perception of the respondents on the changes brought by the newly implemented Bus Management and Dispatch System. Only 40 respondents involving commuters and drivers were involved regardless of their gender, age and religion.

Research Design: The descriptive method, particularly the survey, was used to achieve the objectives of this study. This method seeks to describe the present existing perception of drivers and commuters on the newly implemented Bus Management and Dispatch System of Metropolitan Manila Development Authority. Respondents: The respondents of this research will be selected bus drivers, and regular commuters of the public utility buses. The target population is consisted of 40 people where in 20 of those are drivers and the other 20 involves commuters.
Research Instruments: This study employed satisfaction survey questionnaires that will measure the perception of the respondents on the advantages and disadvantages of Bus Management and Dispatch system.
Data Gathering Procedure: The data is drawn from 20 drivers and 20 commuters that served as the respondents of this study. The answered survey is collected and recorded according to the
