When the holiday season arrives, many department stores started to offer great discount to attract customers to into their stores. Attracted by the special deals offered, a large crowd of people would started to cram the stores and causes heavy congestion on the road even in the stores.
The situation above gives a lot of problems to the customer and also to the stores department. For example:
