WHAT ARE SOME OF THE ADVANTAGES ?

Advantages :

1) Fast food outlets provide a job opportunities for young people
- The youth that unemployed can get the job at fast food outlets
- The university student can get an opportunity to do part time job
- The youth can be independent
2) Fast food outlets provide a convenient service

- Through convenient service, customer will feel comfortable
- When buying a meal at fast food restaurants, you always get a hot and good taste one.
3) Fast food outlets provide a variety of food
- You have many choice if you are going to fast food outlet
- It is simple way to choose many types of food in one place
- In Malaysia, there are few places that serves fast food such as KFC, McDonalds, Subways and e.t.c
4) Fast food outlets provide a comfortable environment for meals
- You can enjoy your meal in a comfortable environment
- There are more privacy if we are eating there

1. Fast foods do provide essential nutrients, including protein and certain vitamins and minerals. However, few foods are rich in calcium and vitamins A and C.

3. Many fast food places are adding salad bars and other options that make it easier to follow the Dietary Guidelines. In recent years, foods lower in calories, fat and sodium have been introduced as a result of consumers' rising interest in the nutritional value of foods.
