Subject: Office Work Can Best Be Done At Home
With the advancement in computer software and technology in general, office work can now be easily done within the comfort of one’s own home. In fact, working at home has proven itself more successful than at the office because many variables that cause working inconsistency are removed and worker productivity increases exponentially. For example, co-worker interference, surrounding noise distractions and stressful environments are taken out of the picture. Aside from benefitting the worker, working from home will also save our company money in paper expenses, coffee expenses and even health insurance fees. When an employee works from home they tend to be less stressed and happier about their working predicament thus promoting a healthier lifestyle.
As Sales Committee Supervisor I am required to check the various sales reports that each of my twelve co-workers configure. After retrieving these sales reports I must analyze the digits and determine ways to increase our company’s sales production. If sales of products are down drastically I would finally be inclined to organize a meeting with my staff and present to them various ways to increase our sales and in turn stop the problem in its tracks.
All of my co-workers have computer and internet access meaning that their sales reports spreadsheets can easily be faxed or e-mailed to me on a daily basis for analysis. If for some reason an error occurs in the computer processing we also have the ability to Facetime each other to discuss the sales that our company earned that day. If all of these options fail then my staff and I can always resort to phone calls. In simpler terms, my job can easily be done within my home without having to deal with the everyday distractions that the office has to offer.
