actions while you are alive will dictate where you will shall end up. I feel that the best way to answer this question is though personal reflection and thought. My personal belief is quite untraditional and strange, but is based in scientific principles and many hours of deep thought. I believe that once your heart has stopped beating, your intake of oxygen has ceased and there is no longer neuron fire in your brain you are physically gone; dead . At this point your body, your physical likeness is no more, that's it, that's the end.
But in a way it's not, yes, you're physically gone, but the things that made you, you are not, the concept of who you are and what you stand for, is still very much alive. The impact that you made on the world and the people of that world still continue on, you live on throughout the memories good and bad that you left people with. In a way this is an afterlife. I have fathered my belief in an afterlife in the perspective of what happens to your body. In most parts of the world the body of a deceased person is either buried where it will eventually decompose or cremated and the ashes, will eventually decompose and become part of the earth as well . But the matter, the atoms that your are made of will in time be scattered to the far places of the universe. There these atoms could become part of enormous black holes, great nubiles, chaotic quasars and potentially the stars that a future alien race will look upon. This concept is both mind boggling an extremely fascinating to me, one I highly suggest you consider. Why I feel it is good to consider idea of dying people should make sure that they live a life that is worth living so when your time a run dry it will not be regrettable to have to
leave.
