First of all, we want to inform you that the Aloe Vera Extract is a rich source of over two hundred naturally-occurring nutritional substances. These components include twenty amino acids, eight enzymes, nine minerals, plant sterols, monosaccharides and polysaccharides, antioxidants, vitamins A, C, E, B complex, glycoproteins and other substances. Also, Aloe Vera is a virtual gold mine of health-supporting phytonutrients. Some have described the interaction of these components as similar to the synergistic workings of the instruments in an orchestra, working together for grand results. The leaves of the aloe plant have provided many benefits for healthy tissue growth for many years. Aloe vera, either taken fresh from the leaf or in early commercial preparations, contains a latex substance called aloin, a yellow sap used for many years as a laxative. So, we make a product which is rich in Vitamin E and can avoid some sickness, that can help us in our daily lives and this is entitled as “ Aloe Vera Hand Sanitizer”, we observe that the more Aloe Vera Extract we put , the more healthier and effective. We chose the 70% Alcohol as the solute because when the Alcohol and Extract mixed, there’s a little change in color but the nutritional substances (that stated above) of the Extract will maintain. In our investigation, our product is truly effective and no harmful effects in human including the children and pregnant. This is inexpensive, natural and easy to prepare.

Consequently, the current policy of hand washing requires an adaption which must be based on current research. The importance of skin care Despite large amounts of such studies which confirm that alcohol based hand desinfectants achieve higher results in terms of infection prevention, a general sceptic is often notable, as well as common misbelieves. Most nurses still believe that alcohol-based hand rubs damage their skin more than hand-washing. However, alcohol-based preparations are much kinder to the skin than hand-washing agents because they are less harmful to the cutaneous barrier (as measured by transepidermal water loss) and dry the skin out less. Interestingly, the application of alcohols after hand washing can even reduce the irritation caused by the washing, probably by elimination of residual detergent monomers. (1) In a French study where1932 assessments were collected showed that traditional hand washing was a risk factor for dryness or irritation, while alcohol-based hand rubs caused no skin deterioration and had a protective effect even when used intensively.…

After closely reviewing Erikson’s eight stages of life I find that currently I am facing his seventh stage. This stage is known as Generatively VS. Stagnation it happens when you are a mature adult. This stage I see myself as because I am needed in the life that I am living. I live my life striving for the pursuit to take care of my family, and live a well-balanced life. Being the family man and devoted parent that I am Erikson’s theory states that many adults obtain their needs to be needed, and by doing so they also direct the next generation in a direction. By being a generative adult I am committed to fulfill a greater need than just my own I am committed to leading my next generation to success with my positive guidance. The children I am raising are what make me a generative adult with a purpose to live. How can I fashion a gift is the main focused question of this stage. It took me some time to fully understand what that meant, but I believe it to mean what I can do in my life for my next generation to remember me for. This means am I going to be remembered as the lazy person who care about nothing, or am I going to be remembered for the amazing person I was that accomplished everything he set his mind to. I have answered this question a number of times by actively being involved in my daughter’s life and my family’s life, and showing them I can accomplish everything for us to have a great life. This means my role as a great father I am actively engaged in my daughter’s life I play with her, read to her, do puzzles with her, practice words with her and try to be a positive influence to her. My daughter is only two, and by being as positive I can be I am hoping that she grows up to be very talented and smart. The other side of it is I am a very hard worker, and provided everything that my family needs, so in by doing this it shows her what hard work can got you. Being an active father in my daughter’s life and future children’s life I am hoping will bless…
