Background of the Study
A. Introduction
An institution, whether it is a hospital, restaurant, mall or a school have one common goal, this is to give the quality service their customers deserve. In a school setting, it aspires to be one of the best by giving them good professors, complete facilities and a good curriculum which would allow them to produce competent individuals after graduation. If they had met this certain criteria, the school would produce good graduates who would land on different places in the industry. By producing these graduates, the school tends to be known across the metropolis.
When these things are accomplished in a complete way, recognitions come to the school. The school’s alumni are a testament of what the school has been offering and are their own borderline for improvement. Because of the prevalence of the web, an alumni could inform the school of where he/she is right now, how did the school shaped him to be in the industry and what are the learnings he is continuously learning while being on the job. IALAP is responsible for external communications regarding internships, sponsorships, job vacancies from industry partners and of course, the alumni.
