Introduction

The new generation of computer technology will continue to affect the processing of data and information. Data collection to become easier and, data processing is getting faster and faster and information is being provided to users, in generally more useful forms. And one of the best improvements that new technology brings us that computer continues to become easier to use.

Everyone in our modern world defends on this computer because they play a vital role in the whole world in keeping important file. We are living in the world of great technology that people defend on a system, where a computer can handle or manipulate. Computers are being used by governments, offices, stores, and other establishment to solve and cure particular problems and to perform different task to lower down the labor cost.

The rapid updates of technology now is communication, generally present the second or third largest monthly expenses in an organization, Monitoring Calls has been often overlooked especially in finance or accounting department. One of these tasks is call monitoring; it monitored incoming and outgoing call in a company and track the caller ID. Many of companies in the Philippines are not fully automated there system in call.

So I decide to study about this, the research proposed a system, which is automation of call monitoring in a companies the caller ID tracker will also log any calls that you tell it to. It can log both inbound and outbound calls made to and from your location. From these logs you can view several different types of call data reports.

You can view inbound calls, outbound calls, calls by telephone number, or a call statistics report. Each report can be set to cover a starting time and date range as well as the ability to exclude/include certain days of the week.
