Andrea Alternate Ending
Play’s Exert:
“Andrea?” May called out, peeking into the eerie dark room. The blinds had been closed, and the bed untouched. The only sound came from the rapid writing of Andrea. Abnormal and futile.
“Andrea?” May repeated. Andrea stopped her obsessive writing and looked up. Her paper looked like wild chicken scratches. Her pencil dented by her nails.
What had they wanted! Couldn’t they see how she had been writing. Writing to their father. He had lived underneath the earth’s surface but she had seen him. She had. She had. He had promised to return. But where was he? The pencil tip snapped. ‘Oh dear?’ how unfortunate she thought.

Close enough to puncture. So close you could watch the blood ooze from the gash she could’ve made, but hadn't. Andrea went in front of the table.
¨I´ll give you your sight back,¨ Andrea twirled her knife. She clutched Andy face firmly. Wrapping her fingers around his jaw.
¨ Will play doctor first then,¨ Andrea spoke tenderly.
¨Doctor?” Before Andy could comprehend Andrea, she had already pushed a knife through his sealed eye. Slowly ripping the skin apart. Slicing the glue that sealed his eyes. The point slightly touching the outside of his eyeball. It had been agonizing for him. Blood had leaked from the torn flesh. Covering his eyes in liquid. Gliding weightlessly down his glistening crimson cheeks. Momentarily pushed down by tears. Trickling down his chin until splatting onto the wooden table.
¨I still need a present Andy.¨ Andrea taunted while Andy hysterically sobbed. Andrea took a lick of the blood still left on the knife that dripped onto the ground. The blood had no longer shielded Andyś eyes.
Andrea stood in front of Andy who was still hysterically weeping. She swirled her knife with a malicious grin to great him.
Minutes of taunting had proceeded.
