12 January 2015 “Don’t judge its book by its cover” Lena Howard (grandmother) Laws of Life
When I see books I somehow judge them by the cover to see if they are good or not. One day I went to the library with my grandma and we went over to the kids section to see what types of books they had and I saw this one book that I thought was very interesting to me. So I picked it up and gave it to my grandma and she end up reading the back of the book and I said
“I don’t want this one anymore it seems boring to me mama.” My grandmother looked at me and went to the checkout session to check out the book and we left and went home. So that night I had took a bath and got ready for bed. After I had done all of that, my grandmother read me the story so that I can fall asleep. That book was actually good book. I still judge a book by its cover because I am not sure if it would be good or not until I read it. I have learned now till this day not to judge a book just get it and read it and if you don’t like the book take it back.
You can’t judge a book by its cover just like you can’t judge a person on how the act or talk or the way that they carry themselves. You never know what that person is going through until you actually talk to them. Just because you don’t know anyone doesn’t mean that you don’t have to talk to them or try to be friends with them because you never know if that person don’t have any friends or they are struggling trying to make friends just because of the people they
