This is not true because, animals weren’t made to be killed; animals were made to have their life. Even if some animals are killed for food, it is being used for something that is necessary for human life, but if animals are being killed just for clothing, it is unnecessary. Other clothes and other coats can be used to keep people warm. Animals deserve to be happy and keep their lives, and helping us with things we need in life. In the article “Did Humans Kill Off Lions For their Furs?” it mentions “Humans could have played a much more active role in the extinction of this animal (cave lion) [...] humans were skinning lions surprisingly often” (para.4). Humans killed so many cave lions just for their skin and fur that they are now extinct, now humans won't be able to know how cave lions acted and humans won't be able to see them in real life, just because humans wanted some fur. In the same article it also states “The cave lion bones were found among the remains of other large carnivores, like bears, that also display evidence of human use.” (para.11). Humans did not only skin cave lions, but they also skinned other animals. To this day, many types of bears are becoming endangered, maybe if they weren't skinned and killed, there could have been many more bears to this day. Many people may argue that it is good to skin animals because fur coats make a lot of money for the vendor, in “A Far Different Take on Fur” it mentions “He makes a few hundred items a year, which sell for $18, to $5,500; skirts retail for around $1,500. His business can sustain itself” (para.16). However, while Sea otter skin may give the vendor lots of money, it endangers the animal, in the same article it also states “Sea otter was once
