When God created man, he also created other living creatures and every living creature has their own right to be on this planet. However , we humans being the superior in power and thoughts, somehow forget these things most of the time. Some people think that animals do deserve the rights as we humans to live; while other thinks that they are more for food and medical research.
Animals, like any other living creature also have the same feelings and experience the same depth of love and pain like we humans. If you careful notice, all pets, irrespective of being a bird or an animal, when loved deeply, they return their love in many folds.

Most of the time, on seeing an animal, people are the thought of either harming them fearing the danger, or think of killing them.
What does one gain when they do this kind of act? They are just being taken for granted and various acts are performed that in fact tortures the animals both physically and mentally.
There were times when horses pulled carriages, dogs herding sheep, and many other animals that have helped in building homes and shelters and supporting families. However with the advancing of time, things have changed.
In the name of research, animals are being tortured. It has been bought to light by many animal activists that animals also feel the same pain and agony when they are being caged for long and used for researches. Moreover the researches are mainly for cosmetic products and not medicinal purposes. So the reasoning stands invalid.
Many people are animal lovers. They take good care of the animals that they associate with and make sure that no animal around them are being exploited. Even if it is a small puppy or kitten, they take good care and make sure the animal is
comfortable.
If we humans just analyse animals we could understand that, they also have families, they are also bonded by love, and they also take good care and protect their families risking their lives for their young ones. So when we take away from them what is theirs or scatter them, imagine how much pain they go through. It is just like we being take away from our loved ones from their protection and care.
When one side of the coin consists of propel who would do anything to save animals and protect them and get the best care and nourishment for them, there are others who just don’t care for them. They shoo away these little creatures, hurt them, kill them for pleasure and food carvings, do studies on them and hold no regrets in any of their deeds.
If we humans would never prefer to be in a cage, or stay away from family or be used for experiments, then on what grounds do we expect to do the same on animals who do not respond back? Before performing an act, try to think ourselves in their position and then perform, we may then understand what it means to them.
There have been instincts where, pure no vegetarian people, on seeing the act of killing animals have become pure vegetarians!! That is transformation and love for fellow beings. For your survival, all the nutrients and minerals are obtained from plants and plant products, then why kill these beings in the name of attaining food supplements. Animals and man was created for a proper balance and for the support of each other.
Animals, apart from all these reasons, which could be at least justified to some are acceptable, but killing animals to create luxurious products and show pieces is a crime. Because of these acts, certain species of animals are at the verge of extinction. This is a crime and should be made punishable. Killing animals for human pleasure is never justifiable.
Just as we humans have the right to live in this planet, animals also have the equal right to live here. Man should understand and learn to respect and love animals, and he would see what he has in store for him from them. Their love is unconditional, sincere and faithful. Love them, you would be blessed.
