The first obstacle occurred as Chloe realized the unreasonable transportation option she received to bus Henry to school, making her resort to driving him herself. Without question, not only did Chloe feel displaced, but she learned that the classroom environments were physically and attitudinally ill-equipped, and the structure would lead to failure, an excuse for the IEP team to reckon that inclusion for Henry was unsuccessful.
