Anxiety
We all have a powerful source that helps us solve problems, create imaginative Admirations and to get through everyday life, but what happens when this source turns against us? Imagine a woman who could not sleep, but when she did she would walk and scream in her sleep showing that she has no rest even in sleep. This is from a play called Macbeth and that woman was Lady Macbeth, trapped from fear itself not knowing that she will die soon from this vicious monster that’s finds her in her dreams. This sounds like a horror story about a fictional monster attacking a poor defenseless woman, but what if this ravenous monster is real and people are being taken over and are struggling with it to this very day. This monster’s name is Anxiety

Anxiety is said to lead to depression because of the fear that someone has about the future ahead or recent events happened and that’s when they start to doubt themselves while that fear hits them. Making them feel lonely to appoint in their lives the thoughts are now everywhere over whelming just about anyone. Anxiety can take over someone’s life to a point where their nightmares come to life. The reason why this happens is because the human mind is so powerful that whatever a person believes their mind can make it feel real and even fears swelling up in your mind can leak in your everyday life. When the mind is confused what will notice it physically though Panic attacks and sharp pain. What happens is when the mind is so stressed it will have complications with even the simplest of problems and that’s when the panic attacks happen forcing the person to breath hard which can make someone faint. Anxiety may not lead directly to death but it also attacks the immune system. That is extremely dangerous because sickness is every and the reason why so many people are still alive is because of their immune system and that’s what is being attack it is dangerous. Anxiety starts in the mind and the mind controls everything the human body, anxiety is not to be trifle with because it can also lead to a long period of fear …show more content…
This changes everything because high amounts of anxiety leads someone to believe they are not in control but really it’s their mind and the only reason why it controls someone is because they let it control them or the people try to avoid pain in their life and take the slow route where it slowly grows. Problems are meant to be solved through thinking and if someone is filled with anxiety the thing to do is step back and think positively through the situation. The way anxiety grows is when someone can be in their comfort zone to much. The only way to fully get rid of anxiety is to jump out of the comfort zone and live, maybe not on the edge. Finding or having people helps anyone through a tough obstacle in life. People around a person especially friends and family can someone not carry the weight of anxiety alone. Confidence is important when dealing with anxiety is because it shows that whoever is in a slump can overcome anxiety.
