Assessment of Training Systems at Apple Apple has been in the forefront of innovation, creation, and technology for many years. The organization has had its ups and downs within the industry, but recently has been at the top in training systems and retention of employees and advancement. What sets apart Apple from similar markets is the additional hiring of artists, musicians, historians, etc., which lead to a diverse workforce and opening up a unique employee base. Apple is special because not only are employees encouraged to produce quality work but also promote creativity, innovation, individuality, as well as advance talent. In order for an organization to be successful, they must possess a business plan that has the ability to change with the market but still maintains a base that is expandable and revisable guidelines within the marketplace. Examples of guidelines that were changed in their business plan is “publishing their revised Developer License Agreement, giving detailed rules for developers desirous of creating apps for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. More importantly, Apple also went liberal with the kinds of tools developers could use to create these apps, as also revised their rules on how ad networks could be integrated into these apps. While a lot of developers welcomed Apple 's new developer guidelines, there were many among us who were left wondering what the catch here was and whether Apple had ever genuinely wanted to publish this new set of rules at all. It is well known to all of us that Apple is never really willing to give out information about how they function and what goes on behind the
