Argument Against Cannabis

We’ve all heard about the drug cannabis, the drug is a part of twenty-two point five million lives every day. It’s illegal mostly everywhere except 8 countries. Five countries in America, one Europe and two in Asia but some people disagree that it shouldn’t be illegal. This has been widely discussed in like America mostly, but there are protesters everywhere in the world, the drug is, after all, the most used drug in the world after alcohol.
Most people are against it without really knowing much about it, they just hear the word drugs and automatically thinks it’s bad and only bad.
The law against weed and cannabis takes a toll on the society, at least in America where they arrested over six hundred and eighty thousand in 2012. Most of those were non-violent low-level offenders. Arresting all these people that are not a danger to the society costs money and time that could have been used on real crimes like murders and animal abuse for example.
It can also shrink dangerous brain tumour, and help with epilepsy and other seizure disorders, it can reduce seizure by 54%. It can also help with depression and anxiety disorders.
The bad part about cannabis is that smokers of the drug cannabis might get bad side effects like temporary sterility. Critical skills like attention, learning and memory diminished
