Imagine the world without guns, less crime, less murder and the children from the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting would still be here today. Guns pose serious threats to ordinary New Zealanders. It’s quite simple no guns, no gun violence.
Banning guns would reduce the number of gun related deaths, a lot of the people would not listen but it would defiantly lower the number of gun related activity. Guns were made to kill they are one of most dangerous weapons out there, of course it should be illegal to have one. It may not decrease violent crime but it would decrease gun crime and that could save lives of many people.
Guns are dangerous, well anything is dangerous in the hands of any criminal. Why give them something more powerful than themselves. Guns will always be guns. were only made for killing. Once you shoot someone there’s no going back, if you shot someone on accident you can’t just take the bullet out of them, they don’t just recover straight away. The victim does have a chance of recovery, but many do not make it. If it kills why have it.
No guns, No gun violence. No guns would mean no shootings, decrease in crime rate and lower death rate. This would make everyone feel safer and be safer. Guns aren’t toys they should not be sold to everyone because once a gun is in a hand of a criminal, innocent lives can be lost. Why have guns when they are only made to kill, you shouldn’t just be able to buy murder weapons.
In conclusion guns should not be sold to everyone because a gun in the wrong hands can be highly dangerous and pose serious threats in everyday life. If guns are banned, many lives could be saved. Guns should be illegalised, because they are made for a bad use and are not needed in everyday l ife and if guns are not be banned they should make them very hard to get.
