How the family is structured the idea of a cloned human being leading to obviously another one and another one and another one, what happens to the family structure at this point? How do we now define the family dynamics between mother, father, sister, and brother (Schaeffer)? A cloned person would disrupt a seemingly solid nuclear family, especially if clone was the sibling that had passed away only to be replaced by a clone the physiological effect would be devastating, therefore cloning must not be allowed.
The case for prohibiting cloning is not hard to make, most scientists come to an understanding that it is dangerous and apt to lead to life-threatening deformities and birth defects. Morally and ethically troubling is that its primary purpose would be to produce a certain type of children by genetic engineering seeking to produce the traits of their children-sex, eye color, perhaps one day even their academic characteristics, athletic skill, and musical talent
