In the television series Arrow, Creators Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, and Marc Guggenheim tell a story about a man named Oliver Queen played by Stephen Amell a spoiled billionaire who went missing for five years only to return a different man. Oliver Queen becomes a visual anti in his hometown of Star City fixing all of the wrongs that his father had created. Oliver could not save the city on his own; he was provided help from his friends John Diggle played by David Ramsey who is a ex-marine and Felicity Smoak played by Emily Rickards who is one of the best computer hackers in the city. With Oliver and his team they are able to serve justice without the law getting involved in Star City. The series opens with Oliver being saved after being strained on a island for five years. Before Oliver was discovered he was a playboy billionaire that had not responsibility’s that was presumed dead after the yacht he was on sank because of unknown reasons. Everyone on the yacht including his on father died but Oliver was able to float on a raft until he reached a “disserted” island where he lived for five years. After discovering the island Oliver soon found out that he was not the only one occupying the island. Through the whole series Oliver must fight the corrupt and sometimes it seems as if the arrow has no chance of prevailing against the force he recons with but even if it seems that Oliver is going to have to face an inevitable defeat he is still able to find a ways to defeat evil either by himself or with the help of his close nit team. In every episode the criminal force that has to be defeated is taken down with the determination to keep the city that Oliver loves safe for his family and all the good people living in it. This is the reason why the theme of good versus evil best fits the series
