Gender Based Education People are still debating whether same sex education is better than co-education. Same sex education gives children more opportunities to focus on their studies rather on how to impress the opposite gender. It brings out the leader in each child. On the other hands, children are taken from opportunities to connect with the opposite sex and lack in teaching how to socialize in the outside world. Comparing these two essays it seems that girls do better academically when the environment is more calm and relaxed. There are advantages and disadvantages when it comes to enrolling your children in single sex schools, but more so advantages. Students get to become better leaders and work to the fullest of their abilities without distractions. Single sex education in many cultures is advocated on the basis of tradition as well as religion, and is practiced in many parts of the world. It redirects students outcomes such as test scores, graduation rates, and solutions to behavioural difficulties; however it can cost students their social skills.
