Your arteries are very ”strong tubes that carry blood from you heart to the rest of your body”. They bring blood to smaller tubes to “transport nutrients and oxygen”. You arteries support many different parts of your body including your heart. They are very critical. A disease you can get in your arteries is Coronary heart disease (CHD). CHD is when your arteries get filled with plaque and shrinks a little it the plaque ruptures then a blood clot forms. If you go to a doctor before it rupture then your good. Not eating fatty foods is a great way to keep your arteries healthy.
