1. Hypertension is called the “silent killer” because it has no symptoms in its early stages.
2. Plaque can build up in the artery walls, which can cause the arteries to thicken and lose their elasticity.
3. Many heart attacks come with no symptoms, but if they do, one may experience mild pain or discomfort in the chest.
4. A high-fat diet can increase the risk of cancer because fats make the colon more susceptible to carcinogens. Colon cells also divide more rapidly if the diet is high in fat, which will increase the chance that abnormal cells will form.
