How can organizations improve the quality of their interviewing so that interviews provide valid information?
2.
How is a coach different from a mentor? What are some advantages of using someone outside the organization as a coach? Any disadvantages?
3.
How does a complete performance management system differ from the use of annual performance appraisals only?
4.
Do you think executive total compensation is too high? Why or why not?
