While playing games, sometimes people spend too much time standing in front of the screen, and can easily suffer from several diseases such as eyes pain and muscle pain. It seems like our eyes may be somewhat fragile and can be adversely affected by Ultraviolet Ray from technologies, therefore people should play games less than one hour per day in order to protect their eyes. Moreover, when people extremely focus on their game, their eyes have to work harder than usual so it can lead to the eye-focusing problem. It has been proved that playing games more than two hours per day can have a devastating effect on eye’s attention, analyzed both elementary school students and college students, according to Pediatrics (Regal, 2010). In addition, spending several hours playing games possibly make muscle become inflexible, and can create pain, result in the finger, wrist. As Philadelphia (2009) says, ’’If your child suffers from unexplained finger or wrist pain, video games could be to blame”. Next, it is believed that the majority of young people nowadays ignore their eating because of playing games (Boyle, 2014).
