Attitude Survey
Attitude Surveys are used to provide beneficial information concerning the understanding and viewpoints on specific encounters, experiences, and ideas. Attitude Surveys can be used to measure views on contemporary issues such as customer service, academic experience, child abuse, alcoholism, spousal abuse, sexual harassment, eating disorders, marital inequality, etc. While creating a Attitude Survey, I chose to examine the satisfaction of college graduates with the education they received and the ability to find employment after graduation. Many college graduates find it difficult to find employment after completion of college due to the lack of supply and demand. However, the experience is not the same for all college graduates.
The Purpose of the Attitude Survey The purpose of the self-administered raking scale of completely satisfied to not at all satisfied, is to evaluate and determine the experiences and the level of satisfaction of college graduates and their ability to find employment after graduation. This survey assesses various levels of satisfaction in eight areas of employment satisfaction, education satisfaction, and career choice satisfaction. This survey is a simple yet functional model allowing college students to voice their level of satisfaction in regard to how satisfied he or she is with their overall college education and the ability to find employment in the career they chose to pursue while earning their college education. By assessing the satisfaction level of college graduates with the workforce, it allows future and current college students to understand the probability of finding employment in various fields. For instance, if a majority of college graduates taking the survey earned their Bachelors degree in Psychology exhibited a high score of dissatisfaction with their career and education choices, this would allow future students who had considered majoring in Psychology to
