I specialize in assistant employee plans that will provide the benefits and care for employees. My assistance program aids the employees to have good performances in jobs and also increase quality of service for lower the cost.
It is shown through research that although Kroger is committed to their employee’s emotional health and their wellness through the "I CAN DO IT” challenges and support that employees are not being given benefits that they can utilize and cope with their busy schedules as well. That’s why my assistance program includes a licensed therapist on the work floor so that an employee does not have to take too much time out of their day to get support and benefit from it as they are working. Some of the other aspects of our program include:

Program that assist employees dealing with substance abuse and domestic violence including an anonyms hotline
Personality testing to insure the employees are in the best job for them
Retirement planning for long term employees
Classes that teach business communication as well as how to relieve stress
