First of all, APM has developed a proven operational system that adds extra benefits to basic dog-washing service, includes custom-designed trailer rather than requiring operators to construct their own, which minimize the unnecessary loss at the beginning of the business, enables operators to deliver both quality and efficiency.
Secondly, APM offers training and ongoing support. New franchisees receive two weeks pre-opening training, representatives spend 10 hours to help them open their new territories. Franchisees are given a detailed operations manual in order to run the business in accordance with company standards. Franchisees also obtain all necessary products and solutions to service the first 100 dogs, plus red uniform shirts, cap and other materials. APM guarantees new franchisees a weekly income of $600 for the first 10 weeks and paid 6 months insurance for them. Ongoing supports by franchisor also included monthly newsletters, a telephone hotline service for advice, brief regular field visits and additional training.

Aussie Pooch Mobile is a recognized and respected brand name, it creates confidence. APM is a member of Franchise Council of Australia and complies with Federal Franchising Code of Conduct, the code require that potential franchisees are given full disclosure about the franchisor’s background and operations prior to signing a franchise agreement, it protect the rights of potential franchisees. To help new franchisees get started, APM places advertisements with human interest stories in local newspapers for a period of 20 weeks. Other promotion like distributing pamphlets in the territory and writing to local vets and pet shops to inform them of the business.
