I have reason why I picked this avoidance from the textbook. I have very good reasons to use avoidance often even I know it will not help to solve our problems. One thing about myself is obviously under a lot of stress when I unable to solve the problem from someone. I will activate avoidance to get away from someone to calm myself down.
