According to the New York Times.Babe Ruth had a large heart towards children because he gave time and money to help impoverished children. I couldn’t believe that a famous person would give their money to help the less fortunate. Babe Ruth had a heart he helped many children. Babe grew up in an impoverished Baltimore. His family did not make much money and they could barely sustain his family. That is why when he became a star he gave a lot of money to help children in Baltimore get more money and a place to live by making charitable foundations and lending a helping hand. Babe Ruth had a ton of world records. This is amazing because he set a world record for the most number of home runs in a career, and he smashed 714! After he died, somebody else broke

Babe Ruth got millions of dollars because he used consumerism to his advantage, and according to the Enterprise company, he starred in a Lipton peach ice tea commercial.
This got him a lot of money and made Lipton Peach Ice tea as popular as it is today. He also was in a Bud Light commercial. He remained as the face of Bud Light for a span of 6 years, this also got him a ton of money, and at the time Bud Light was in a dry spot and very well could have ran out of business if it wasn’t for the help of Babe Ruth.

He was a very good baseball player but he was far from that. He was a great role model. He showed people that even a big shot like Babe Ruth could have been self centered. I did not know that Babe Ruth was a pitcher but it is pretty interesting.Then he was transferred to the Yankees and with his power was transferred to the outfield and batted cleanup. Thus producing “The Babe”. “The Babe” built up the Yankees and caused a rivalry today! An amazing thing that he was able to do was have such an important impact on the Yankees. When he started out on the RedSox, he hadn’t done too well. However once he traded to the Yankees, his career took off. According to Branch Rickey a former manager of the Dodgers, the Yankees had been in a slump until Babe Ruth joined their team, I guess he was just some kind of inspiration towards the team. This caused the RedSox to be upset, which caused their rivalry today.
