If a conflict arises among my generation and the generation X group, the conflict can be resolved in many ways. One way to resolve the conflict is open communication face to face. The communication can involve looking up information online to find evidence to why you may be right within the situation. This helps both people get to talk about why they think the way they do. It appeals to the generation X because they use to internet to support their answer. The millennial would also get instant information on why the other person thinks they are right. If an issue arises within the millennial and baby boomer generations an open conversation is best. Millennials like immediate feedback so the conversation should be face to face. Baby boomers like open and direct communication so both people need to be direct and open about the situation in order to resolve it. Lastly, if a conflict arises among millennials and veteran nurses, and open face to face communication is best. Veteran nurses like face to face conversation and millennials focus on immediate feedback. An face to face conversation can help resolve their conflict.
